Case regisgtered agains father-son for molesting girl

Kannur, May 27 : Police have registered a case against three people, including one Mohanan(48) and his son Mahesh (22), for allegedly molesting a 16-year-old dalit girl in this district of Kerala.

According to Sreekandapuram Circle Inspector Sunil Kumar, the girl of Kundomthode near Manakkad was molested on May 17 afternoon at her house, by her neighbours when her father and step mother had gone for works.

Mohanan, a relative of her step mother, first molested her.

Later, his son Mahesh and his friend Joy also molested her on the same day within a gap of just 30 minutes.

Police sent the girl for medical examination at Pariyaram Medical college hospital today. The accused were absconding.
