Kannur, Jun 15 : Kerala Assembly Speaker G Kathikeyan today said here the government would bear all the treatment expenses of former Cooperative Minister and Communist Marxist Party (CMP) Leader M V Raghavan, who was now undergoing treatment for Parkinsons disease.He said this after visiting Mr Raghvan at his house at Burnacheryy, near Cantonment area.
''The treatment expenses of Former MLAs are not borne by the State Government as per the existing norms. However, in exceptional cases, this could be done,'' Mr Karthikeyan said.
