Kochi, Jun 1 : Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, in association with "Organic BPS" is celebrating the World Environment Day at the Chamber Hall here on June 5.The main motive for organising such a celebration was to make public aware about the individual actions to be done for preserving nature by taking initiative to plant trees and protect them at the city and their houses, a release said here today.
A poster designing contest and exhibition would coincide with the function.
Selected entries received for Poster Designing Contest and Exhibition on the theme "Shrinking Forests and Ways to tackle it" would also be exhibited in the venue.
